Bendou system
Bendou connects the deal files, the market data and your house style, and runs the presentation work end to end, so the book is right sooner.
Learn moreBendou reads your CIM, model and comps, then builds the pitch book or board book your bank would send: every chart drawn the way Excel draws it, every page in your PowerPoint template.
Each module takes over a task deal teams still do by hand, in Excel and PowerPoint, the night before the board.

Learn moreFrom the data room to the deck. The agent reads CIMs, Excel models, filings and public sources on the web, builds each page and hands back a PowerPoint your team can edit.
Learn moreEvery figure is calculated, never written by the model. Change the offer or the share count once and premiums, multiples and implied prices follow.
Learn moreReview the book like a VP would. One line per page, one check per column: figures tie out, every number is sourced, the house style holds.
Learn moreBendou takes on the presentation work from first pitch to signing, across the deal team, from analysis to the final book.
Strategic alternatives, buyer universes and illustrative valuations for the client meeting, in your bank's template.
Outreach logs, NDA and IOI tracking, bid comparisons at each offer price, ready for the weekly call with the client.
Trading comps, precedents, DCF and WACC with sensitivities, from the inputs you give, with every assumption on the page.
Sources and uses, the equity to enterprise value bridge and leverage at each price, consistent across the book.
Transaction background, process review, valuation perspectives and the disclaimer, in the order a special committee expects.
Target screens, deal rationale and valuation for the investment committee, built from your model and the target's filings.
Measured, not promised: what Bendou's engine and agent achieve on real bank material.
reference bank charts redrawn by the Excel-calibrated engine, identical to the calibrated drawing character for character.
pixel-measured score of the agent's reproduction of a nine-curve Moelis chart, against 45.6 for a one-shot reading.
figures written by the language model: premiums, values and multiples are computed from the inputs on the page.
Six bank-style charts, every setting written down: size, plot area, font, colours, gap width, number formats. Microsoft PowerPoint draws each one natively, and that picture is the answer key. Each contender gets the same brief, never the answer, and its chart is scored pixel by pixel against PowerPoint's. Three of the charts were held out: written after Bendou's last engine change and never used to tune it.

Score: share of each picture's ink found within 1 px of the other's, both ways, at 1440 × 768 (100 = identical). Illustrative data. Want your tool in this table? We'll send you the brief and the scorer.
From each product's public materials, October 2026. Only Bendou's chart score is measured; nobody else publishes one yet.

The deal files, the market data and the deck in one place. The agent reads, computes and lays out; you review and decide.
When the bid moves the night before the board, change the offer price once: every premium, multiple and implied value in the book follows, and the PowerPoint is regenerated.
Bankers bring judgement, negotiation and the client relationship. AI brings speed, completeness and precision. Together they change how deals get done.
A deal team spends its nights rebuilding tables, re-running premiums at a new price and aligning boxes on slides. The work has to be done, but it is not what bankers were hired for.
Bendou takes over the extraction, the arithmetic and the layout, and never invents a figure: each one comes from your files, your inputs or a cited public source. Your team keeps the time to advise, negotiate and decide.
Bendou runs on your own server. Inside information stays where your compliance team wants it.
Decks, deal files and conversations stay on your firm's server.
For a long CIM, only the pages that answer the question are sent to the AI model.
Premiums, values and multiples are calculated from your inputs, never generated by the model.
The AI model is called with your firm's keys, kept in the server configuration.
The agent works with project codenames, and every page carries your confidentiality footer.
The workspace is only reachable from your network; only this page is public.
Bendou runs on your firm's server, connected to the AI provider you choose.
Colours, footer, disclaimer and page order: books come out in your template.
Analysts, associates and VPs leave with their own use cases, from pitch to fairness.
New page types, new models and new markets: we stay alongside your team.
Your deal, your model, your template: in thirty minutes we build a valuation summary and a full board book on a sample of your own materials.
Bendou is an AI agent for M&A presentations. It reads your deal files, builds board books, process updates and pitch books page by page, computes every valuation figure from your inputs and exports the result to native PowerPoint.
Bendou keeps a reference library of more than a hundred presentations that leading banks filed publicly with deal documents: fairness books, board discussion materials, pitch books and restructuring decks. Before proposing an outline, the agent studies how those banks ordered the storyline and titled similar pages. It uses them for structure and design only and never copies their figures.
Only if you let it. You start from a short brief, written or dictated; the agent asks what it is missing (purpose, audience, length), proposes the storyline, then builds the pages one by one while you watch. Click any chart, table or text to change it yourself or ask the agent to redo it.
Board books, pitch books, company profiles and process updates: transaction background and metrics at each offer price, share price performance, financial projections, the football field, trading and precedent multiples, DCF with sensitivities, WACC, premiums paid, analyst price targets, ownership and transaction structures, process timelines and the disclaimer, each page filled to bank density.
Premiums, equity and enterprise values, multiples, quartiles, DCF and WACC are calculated from the inputs on each page, never generated by the language model. The agent takes inputs from your files, your messages or cited public sources, and marks anything illustrative.
Yes. The deck is exported in 16:9 with native text boxes, tables and shapes your team can adjust before the book goes out; the Excel-calibrated charts are placed as sharp pictures drawn by the same engine, and every page stays editable in Bendou.
Yes. Your logo, colours and fonts are read once from your website, with your footer, disclaimer and presentation rules, and they apply to every deck your team builds. Page layouts follow the conventions of the bank books in the library.
Bendou runs on your firm's server: decks, files and conversations stay there. To answer a question about a long document, only the relevant pages are sent to the AI model, and you choose the provider.
